Before you buy

Each gift card shows its brand, redeem region and currency. Check that they match the country and the account where you will redeem it.

If something is unclear, contact support before checkout. It helps you avoid buying a card that does not fit.

  • Brand and card value
  • Redeem region and currency
  • Issuer terms and account restrictions

After delivery

You receive your code or a claim link by email. If you have an account, delivered codes are also shown under Orders. If a code is invalid or shows the wrong amount, contact support with your order ID and a screenshot of the error.

  • Invalid code: we check it with our gift card supplier
  • Wrong amount: we check it and follow our Return Policy
  • Code not received: check your order status, then contact support

Validity & issuer terms

The brand that issues a gift card sets its terms, including how long it is valid and where it can be redeemed. The brand also handles redemption and its own customer service.

  • Validity and expiry follow the issuer's terms
  • Issuer terms apply to gift cards and vouchers

Keep your order ID and the email with your code. Never post the full code publicly.
