How checkout works
When you continue to payment, your order total is sent to Request Network as an invoice in US dollars and checkout opens Request Network's secure payment page. There you choose a supported token and network, see the exact amount and any fees, and confirm the payment in your wallet.
Your quote is held for a limited time. If it expires before you pay, request a new quote. Request Network settles the payment to DMarketplace in USDC, and your order is confirmed automatically once the payment has settled.
- Order total invoiced in US dollars
- Exact amount and fees shown before you pay
- Token and network chosen on the payment page
- The quote expires after a limited time
Security checklist
Most payment issues come from simple mismatches (wrong chain, wrong token, wrong address). A quick checklist prevents almost all of them.
- Use a hardware wallet for higher-value orders
- Confirm the token and network match your choice on the payment page
- Never share seed phrases or private keys
DMarketplace will never ask for your seed phrase. If someone does, it’s a scam — stop immediately and contact support.
When to contact support
If something looks unusual (unexpected fee, wrong destination, or missing order update), pause and contact support before you confirm.
- Unexpected address or chain in wallet
- Order not updating after payment
